12-Year-Old Killed In Crash With 14-Year-Old Driving | Daytona Beach Accident Attorney

Authorities have no idea what a 14-year-old girl from St. Cloud was doing at the wheel of a vehicle on Saturday when a fatal accident occurred.  Allison Sullivan was driving the car down Absher Road when she lost control and the car flipped. 

Two of her passengers, Shana O’Rourke, 12, and brother Daniel O’Rourke, 25, were thrown from the vehicle.  Shana suffered fatal injuries.  Daniel was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center.  Two other passengers included a teen girl and a toddler.  They both have minor injuries.
