An 18-year-old Orlando man is being held for first-degree murder after a hit-and-run crash that killed 24-year-old Monica Salama.  Justin Stewart was driving the vehicle that hit Salama Tuesday night.  Salama and Stewart were involved in a car chase after an altercation between them at the bar.  It ended when Salama got out of her vehicle and Stewart ran her over with his car and drove off.  Stewart suffered fatal injuries.  The accident happened on Valencia College Lane and Goldenrod Road.
