An 18-year-old woman was killed in a car crash Monday night near Florida’s Turnpike.  Ashley D. Linton of St. Cloud was not wearing her seatbelt at the time of the collision.  Linton was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center where she later died. 

The accident occurred on U.S. Highway 92 near the Kissimmee-St. Cloud entrance of Florida’s turnpike.  Linton was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Christie Hord, 27.  Fay Pinnock, 49, was attempting to cross the highway when the vehicles collided.  Pinnock and Hord were also taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
