A fatal accident occurred Tuesday when a motorcycle traveling at a high rate of speed crashed into a truck. David Rugg, 57, of Oviedo was pulling his truck out of a parking lot when he was struck by a motorcycle driven by Alvin Espinal, 20. Espinal suffered fatal injuries in the crash. Rugg was not injured. Charges are pending.
