A fatal crash occurred this weekend when a hit-and-run driver struck a pedestrian in Cocoa Beach. Justin Burson, 30, from Kissimmee, faces charges of DUI manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident. Burson was driving a truck on North Atlantic Avenue when he hit 22-year-old Daniel Byron. Byron was taken to Cape Canaveral Hospital where he died.
