24-Year-Old Arrested For DUI Manslaughter | Deltona Personal Injury Lawyer
A 24-year-old Cocoa resident was recently arrested after a fatal car crash in November. Katrina Johnson’s blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit for driving when she hit a car in Brevard County. Socorro Evans, 48, was killed in the crash. The two children in Evans’ vehicle suffered serious injuries. Johnson has been charged with DUI manslaughter, DUI with serious bodily injury and DUI with property damage.
