Three children and five adults were injured Monday in a multiple vehicle accident.  The crash occurred on I-4 near Fairbanks Avenue when driver, John Ely, 49, struck the rear of a car driven by Gloria Martinez.  Martinez’s vehicle then crashed into Albert Martinez’s car, which crashed into Antonio Anselmo’s truck.  Ely and a passenger in Gloria Martinez’s vehicle were seriously injured.  Gloria Martinez, Albert Martinez and three children suffered minor injuries.
