$3 Million Medical Malpractice Lawsuit | Daytona Beach Medical Malpractice Attorney

The family of a woman who died because of her doctor’s negligence has been awarded $3 million by a jury.  The medical malpractice lawsuit was brought after a 25-year-old woman died from an infection in 2002.  The patient was told to check with a urologist after an emergency room physician diagnosed her with kidney stones.  Due to the lack of testing, she died soon after from an infection that was missed.
