$32.5 Million Wrongful-Death Suit | Jacksonville Nursing Injury Attorney

A lawsuit was recently filed in the wrongful death of a Virginia nursing home resident. An 84-year-old woman died a week after she was transported to the hospital with severe, infected bedsores.  She had been under the care of the nursing home for year and was known to be at high risk for sores.  This is the third lawsuit against the nursing home this year.
