A 3-month-old baby was killed Saturday when a car struck the van the infant was riding in. Jason Frayne Brown, 30, has been charged with DUI manslaughter in the death of Yanley Gonzalez. Brown’s car struck the infants car and then another vehicle. The second impact also left two children and two adults injured. The other victim’s identities were not released.
