A 51-year-old man was killed over the weekend as a result of a four-vehicle accident in Seminole County. David J. Mackish, 51, of Merrit Island, was thrown off his motorcycle in the crash. Ruth Perez, 54, was driving on S.R. 46 when she caused the accident by crashing into three vehicles in oncoming traffic. Perez suffered injuries as well Robert Steiner and Donald Butler. But Mackish died at the scene.
