4-Week Old Baby Hospitalized After Shaken By Father | Orange City Child Injury Lawyer

A 23-year-old father was arrested Tuesday and charged with aggravated child abuse and neglect of a child.  Ivan Charles, of Orange City, is accused of injuring his 4-week-old baby boy by shaking and throwing him.  The baby was brought to Florida Hospital Fish Memorial with skull, ribs, arm and leg fractures.
