4-Year-Old Child In Bar With Unconscious Mother | Orange City Child Injury Lawyer

A 37-year-old mother was arrested last week when authorities found her passed out in a bar with her child.  Kira Logsdon-Mitchell was in Ocoee when a witness saw her bring in a 4-year-old child, into the bar with her, who had been alone in the car.  When authorities arrived, Logsdon-Mitchell was passed out holding the child.  A breathalyzer test showed her blood alcohol level was almost three times the legal limit for driving.  Logsdon-Mitchell also had a seven and nine-year-old at home alone.  She was arrested on charges of child neglect.
