5-Year-Old Child Abused By Mother, Mother Arrested | Deltona Child Injury Attorney

Authorities have arrested a 21-year-old mother in Kissimmee for child abuse this week.  The mother, Jennifer Torress, 21, has been accused of abusing her 5-year-old daughter.  The child had scratches and bruises consistent with abuse.  Torres was taken to the Osceola County Jail.  Her daughter is with Florida's Department of Children and Families.
