A pedestrian accident in Jacksonville sent a 70-year-old man to the hospital this week. Skeets Boggs was struck by a vehicle driven by Christian Jackson, 25. Boggs was crossing Beach Boulevard near St. Johns Bluff Road and was not using the cross walk. He was taken to Shands Jacksonville hospital in critical condition.
