Alleged Abuse In Apopka Nursing Home | Orlando Nursing Home Abuse Attorney

A 26-year-old man living in an Apopka assisted living facility was recently taken to the hospital with injuries.  Bryan Barborka suffers from cerebral palsy and is also paralyzed.  Last week, Barborka was taken to Florida Hospital with a fractured shoulder and severe bruising.  The assisted living facility, Springs Group Home, says the injuries were a result of trying to restrain him when he was upset.  The home is now under investigation for abuse.
