Ambulance Service Sued For Negligence | Daytona Beach Medical Malpractice Lawyer

A 77-year-old man is suing Mutual Aid Ambulance Service Inc. for negligence.

Domenic Sapanara says he suffered injuries from a fall caused by the technicians while they were transporting him to a nursing home a year ago. Sapanara claims the fall left him with a broken ankle that required surgery and aggravation of a pre-existing condition.  The incident was not reported at the time of the accident but reports say the company may be admitting to the fall.
