ATV Runs Stop Sign, Injuring Two Teens | Deltona Child Injury Lawyer

Neither teen was wearing a helmet when the ATV they were on crashed into a truck in Brevard County this week.  The accident occurred when the ATV’s driver, Morgan Strickland, 14, ran a stop sign and crashed into a truck.  Strickland’s passenger, Leah Layne, 15, suffered serious injuries.  Strickland sustained minor injuries.  The driver of the truck, Edward Sullivan, 44, was arrested for driving without a license.  Morgan may face charges.
