Baby Dies From Shaken Baby Syndrome, Uncle Sentenced To 15 Years | Orange City Child Injury Attorney

A Polk County judge recently sentenced a man to 15 years in prison after shaking a baby to death.  Gary Sipek, 30, was watching is nephew Bryden Rideaux, 5-months-old, and other children in 2010.  Sipek became frustrated with the child’s crying and violently shook the baby.  The child died from injuries from shaken baby syndrome.
