A blown tire on Florida’s Turnpike on Saturday caused the death of one woman and injuries to four other people.  The family was in Indian River County when the tire blew and driver, Clifford Ramgadoo, 58, lost control.  The car flipped and ejected two of the passengers.  The driver’s sister, Daphne Ramgadoo, 62, was killed.  Clifford’s wife, Sursatie Ramgadoo, 41, and two children, 16 and 14, and Clifford were all injured.
