Car Accident Kills Daytona Beach Resident | Ormond Beach Personal Injury Attorney

A head-on-collision Wednesday night left one woman dead and a man with serious injuries.  The accident occurred on State Road 40 in Marion County around 8:30 p.m.  Michael Delp, 49, of Gainesville, was driving westbound when he crashed head on into a vehicle driven by a 27-year-old Daytona Beach woman.  The woman was killed in the accident.  Her identity has not been released at this time.  Delp suffered serious injuries and was transported to Shands hospital. Authorities are investigating the accident.
