A car driving in the wrong direction Sunday morning crashed into another vehicle.  Lorna Vazquez, 25, was driving westbound in the eastbound lanes of State Road 408 when she struck a car driven by Nina Smith, 26.  Vazquez and Smith, both of Orlando, were seriously injured in the crash.  They were transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center for treatment. A passenger in Vazquez’s car, Tannika Anderson, 26, suffered minor injuries.
