Case Settles For $42.75 Million | DeLand Nursing Home Negligence Attorney

The family of a man who died after only nine days in a nursing home was awarded $42.75 million in a lawsuit.  The resident was 92-years-old and suffered from dehydration, infections and bedsores while in the nursing home facility.  The jury found that the resident died because of the neglect of the facility.
