Child Abuse Causes Skull Fracture | Orlando Child Injury Lawyer

A 7-month-old boy was injured by his stepfather over the weekend.  Ryan Joe Clarke has been charged with attempted felony murder and aggravated child abuse.  The child was under Clarke’s care and he admits to hitting the boy’s head against a wall causing a skull fracture.  The Lakeland child was flown to Tampa General Hospital for treatment.  Doctors said the injuries were consistent with shaken-baby syndrome.
