Child Accidentally Served Alcohol | Ormond Beach Child Injury Attorney

A family was eating at an Olive Garden in Lakeland last month when the child was served alcohol by mistake.  Jill VanHeest was with her 2-year-old son when the child was given tropical sangria instead of the orange juice that was ordered.  It took the restaurant about half an hour to realize the mistake.  The child was taken to the hospital by VanHeest and was released with no lasting injuries.
