Child Dies After Suffering Brain Injuries | Deltona Child Injury Attorney


A 16-month-old child died last week after suffering traumatic brain injuries.  The child, Kymari Clark, was taken to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital to treat injuries that appear to have been caused by abuse.  Rashii Brisbon was with the child in Nashville at the time the injuries occurred. Brisbon has been arrested and charged with child abuse. Autopsy results will determine if murder charges will be filed.
