Child Drowns At Daytona Beach Home | Daytona Beach Child Injury Lawyer

Another child drowned in Volusia County this week, making it the fifth drowning this year.  Victoria Cunningham, 3, was in an inflatable pool with her brother, 5, at their home on Derbyshire Road.  Their mother, Tonya Causey, 38, went inside to use the bathroom and when she came out Victoria was under water.  The incident is currently under investigation and authorities say the brother may have been involved.
