Child Struck By Car Dies In Hospital | Orange City Child Injury Lawyer

A fatal accident occurred Sunday when a child was hit by a car.  Alberto De Alba, 7, was in the Ridge Club Apartments parking lot playing with a scooter when the crash occurred.  A car driven by Merline Jean, of Orlando, hit Alberto.  The child died at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children.  No charges have been filed.
