Child Suffers Brain Damage After Surgery | Orlando Medical Malpractice Lawyer

A lawsuit has been filed for $19 million after a child suffered brain damage in a surgery never approved by his father. The Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles performed surgery on the child who was born prematurely.  There is no record of the father consenting to the surgery.  The child’s mother died, of breast cancer, prior to the incident. The boy now needs a ventilator and feeding tube.
