Two children, who were not restrained in seatbelts were ejected from an SUV yesterday during a single-vehicle accident.  The crash occurred on I-95 in Volusia County when the rear tire blew out.  The driver, Hazel Dobard, 28, along with two adults and two children were all taken to Halifax Health Medical Center.  The two other children, who were ejected, were airlifted to Halifax and Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children in critical condition.
