Charges are pending in a wreck that killed a 22-year-old Cocoa man this weekend. Jorge Diaz was walking on State Road 524 when a car hit him from behind Saturday morning. The driver of the car, Donald Campbell, 40, of Kissimmee, was not injured in the collision. Diaz died from injuries sustained in the crash.
