A serious accident occurred Wednesday night on I-95 in Brevard County, killing two and injuring four people.   The accident occurred when a semi truck, driven by Eduardo Avila, 38, crashed into a car near a closed exit ramp.  The driver of the car, Todd Olthoff, 48, and passenger, Marcy Olthoff, 48, were both killed in the accident.

After striking the Olthoff’s vehicle the semi then crashed into two more vehicles, a Saturn and a Ford truck.  Sandra Keen, 72, and Philip Keen, 74, in the Saturn, were transported to the hospital in critical condition.  Filbert Delva, 35, driving the truck, was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.  Avila also suffered minor injuries.  Charges are pending in the crash.
