Two people were killed Wednesday after their car was hit by a tractor-trailer. The husband and wife from Callahan were on U.S. 1 in Nassau County after leaving a roadside stand. Driver, Linda Mullins, 61, was crossing the northbound lanes towards the median when the accident occurred. Linda and James Mullins died at the scene. Semi-truck driver, John Loveday, 51, was not injured.
