A Ford SUV overturned on I-95 in Volusia County this Saturday due to the rear tire blowing out. The accident occured at 5:30 p.m. north of State Road 40. The driver Stephanie Callaway, resident of Tampa, FL, died at the scene. Passengers, Angala Whicker, 34, and Cyenna Watts, 9, died at Halifax Health Medical.
