Jigme Norbu was killed Tuesday when a car hit him while walking in Flagler. Norbu is the nephew of the Dalai Lama. Norbu was just starting his 300-mile “Walk for Tibet Florida” on State Road A1A when he was hit by the car. The car’s driver was Keith O’Dell. Norbu was pronounced dead at the scene.
