Daytona Beach Child Dies In Beach Accident | New Smyrna Child Injury Attorney

A 4-year-old boy died Sunday after being hit by a truck on New Smyrna Beach.  The child, Aiden Patrick, was running toward the ocean when the truck driven by Donovan Sias, 33, struck him.  Reports suspect Sias was unable to see the boy. Patrick was taken to Bert Fish Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
