Daytona Beach Jury Awards $2.8 Million After Motorcycle Accident | Ormond Beach Personal Injury Lawyer
A jury recently awarded $2.8 million to the survivors of Brian Heikkila, of Palm Coast. Heikkila died in 2007 when a car hit his motorcycle on Clyde Morris Boulevard. The driver of the car, Michael Hemphill, failed to yield the right of way, causing the fatal crash. Heikkila’s daughter, Ryleigh, 5, was awarded $1 million.
