A 19-year-old man from Daytona Beach is in critical condition after being ejected when his car overturned.  Larry Le was northbound on I-95, near Titusville when he lost control of his car, flipping it numerous times.  Authorities found in the vehicle a ticket issued to Le earlier that day for not wearing his seatbelt.  Le was transported to Holmes Hospital Melbourne with serious injuries.
