Daytona Man Arrested After Fatal DUI Crash | Volusia County Personal Injury Lawyer
A Daytona Beach man was recently arrested for his involvement in a crash during the 2009 Bike Week that left one woman dead. Malvin Fluker, 55, struck a motorcycle at Nova Road and Mason Avenue, while under the influence. Fluker’s blood-alcohol level was 0.111. The passenger of the motorcycle, Virginia Terell, suffered fatal injuries. The driver, Phillip Taylor, suffered minor injuries. The pair was stopped at a light when they were rear-ended by Fluker’s truck.
