The cause of an accident that left one woman dead and her vehicle in a canal is unknown at this time. Authorities believe the 47-year-old woman lost control of her vehicle while driving on West Eau Gallie Boulevard. The Honda Accord then overturned in the water. The identity of the woman killed has not been released.
