An accident on Interstate-4 left a 72-year-old woman dead and five others in the hospital. The sport utility vehicle the six passengers were riding in blew a tire. The vehicle flipped numerous times and ejected five of the six passengers. Elisabeta Nastu, 72, suffered fatal injuries. The identities of the other passengers are unknown at this time.
