A fatal accident occurred Monday evening when an Orlando man was struck by a vehicle that was attempting to elude police. Spencer Owens, 42, died from injuries sustained in the crash. Owens was turning on to Semoran Boulevard when his car was struck by a vehicle driven by Kenny Zarzuela, 24. Police had been trying to stop Zarzuela before the accident but he continued to drive. Zarzuela was arrested and taken to the Orange County Jail.
