A motorcycle was struck by a car last week in DeLand, killing the driver.  Timothy Ackley, 18, of DeLand was driving his car on Robin Hood when he crashed into a motorcycle driven by John Henshaw, 68, of DeLand.  Henshaw, who was not wearing a helmet, died at the scene of the accident.  Ackley was transported to Florida Hospital DeLand with injuries.  Ackley’s passenger, Jarred Hill, 16, suffered minor injuries.
