Doctor Accused Of Falsifying Study | Daytona Beach Medical Malpractice Attorney

A doctor has been accused of falsifying a study he worked on regarding a bone growth product.  Dr. Timothy R. Kuklo, a former surgeon in the Army, most recently worked as a teacher at Washington University and a consultant at Medtronic.  After the accusations, he was placed on leave with Medtronic and recently resigned from Washington University.  The study Dr. Kuklo took part in looked at a bone growth product that had been used on injured veterans.  Dr. Kucklo is said to have falsified the study to show greater benefits of the product than actually occurred.
