Doctor Operates On Wrong Side Of Patient's Brain | Daytona Beach Medical Malpractice Attorney


An Arkansas jury has awarded $20 million in a medical malpractice case after a surgeon operated on the wrong side of the patient’s brain.  In 2004, Dr. Badih Adada, started operating on the wrong side of his patient’s brain at Arkansas Children’s hospital.  He proceeded to remove matter from the wrong side of the brain before he switched to the other side.
