Doctors Operate On Wrong Leg | Daytona Beach Medical Malpractice Attorney

A Chicago man suffered injuries after his doctors operated on the wrong leg.

The man recently filed a medical malpractice claim against his doctors.  He says he went into the hospital for right knee arthroscopy, ACL reconstruction and lateral meniscectomy.  The doctor’s prepped him for left knee surgery and began without realizing their mistake.   Once the mistake was realized they closed the left knee up.   The man later discovered damage to the left knee he believes came from the surgical mistake.
