Doctors Sued In Cancer Diagnosis | Daytona Beach Medical Malpractice Attorney

A medical malpractice lawsuit has been filed against a Pennsylvania hospital and several doctors claiming medical negligence.  The lawsuit states the doctors were negligent in diagnosing kidney cancer.  The wrong kidney was tested numerous times, which allowed the cancer to spread without treatment.  When finally diagnosed, the victim was given only months to live.
