A pedestrian from Winter Park was killed while crossing Howell Branch Road near Banyon Tree Road in Seminole County. Paula Carrison, 48, was hit by John Sepelak Jr. Sepelak, 78, stopped at first, then drove off before police found him. Carrison died later at Winter Park Memorial Hospital.
