A 43-year-old woman died Sunday morning in a car accident while driving on Maitland Boulevard.  Shondra Smith’s vehicle was hit by a truck driven by James Harris, 21, of Apopka at about 3 a.m.  Harris was driving on Rose Avenue when he ran a red light at the intersection of Maitland Boulevard.  Smith was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.  Harris and Smith’s passenger suffered minor injuries.  Smith’s passenger has not been identified at this time.
