Driver Sentenced To 20 Years After Fatal DUI Accident | Daytona Beach Personal Injury Lawyer
A 25-year-old Silver Springs man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison after causing a fatal car crash. Kevin Cash was driving under the influence when he drove in the wrong direction on I-95 in Daytona Beach. Near International Speedway Boulevard, Cash collided head on with another vehicle. William Goldbaugh, a police officer, driving home from a family trip was killed in the accident. Three others in the car were injured including Goldbaugh’s wife and son.
